Event Coordination

           Planning

           Two consultations before the even to discuss details

           Emails & phone contact for finalizing logistics

           Creation of a timeline/itinerary (from setup to break down) to be approved prior to event day

          Vendor Relationship

            Personally contact all vendors and introduce ourselves as your coordinator

            Review and confirm wedding day timeline with vendors

            Attend final venue walk through event space, seating & room layout

     Rehearsal Services

            Arrange and coordinate rehearsal if appropriate

            

          Event Day

            Complete event day coordination (up to 10 hours) including setup and breakdown

            One additional assistant available on event day for up to 200 guests

            Oversee vendor set up 

            Point of contact for all vendors (answer questions, approve deliveries, troubleshoot)

            Assist couple and wedding party as needed prior to ceremony

            Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for ceremony

            Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are with designated person and ready for the end of the night‍
